Toyota Motor Corporation

After a rigorous, two year evaluation of software providers, Toyota selected WebCheckout in early 2013 to manage the portable automotive research equipment and facilities at the Technical Centers in Gardena, California and subsequently Ann Arbor, Michigan. WebCheckout is responsible for managing portable equipment resources that engineers use to test the Toyota vehicles of today and tomorrow. These resources include diagnostic testing equipment, laptop and peripheral devices as well as specialized car bays to conduct a wide variety of tests for Toyota vehicles. WebCheckout's rich scheduling and inventory management features allow the Toyota Technical Centers to provide an improved accounting of portable equipment and facility usage as well as fixed inventory reconciliation during regularly scheduled and occasionally surprise internal and external audits.
