onShore Development and Crestron Provide Media Retrieval Solution
CHICAGO, IL. - Apr. 22, 2004 - onShore Development has entered into a formal agreement with Crestron Electronics to provide its WebCheckout Resource Management and Scheduling Software as a media retrieval system, as well as a front-end event scheduling solution for all Crestron controlled devices.
As a member of the Crestron
I2P Industry Integration Partnership Program, onShore Development plans to utilize
Crestron’s extensive dealer network to promote the WebCheckout Media Retrieval
System.

is extended to not only track and schedule resources, but to also schedule live
events to occur for the devices WebCheckout manages. It is a perfect segue into
managing analog, digital and streaming media as well as online control of resources,”
said Eric Dodson, President of onShore Development.
The WebCheckout Crestron Media Retrieval System will be sold as a stand-alone solution that utilizes WebCheckout's core scheduling and inventory management capabilities. Customers will have the option to purchase the WebCheckout Media Booking and Cataloging Module to manage bibliographic media inventories that are often associated with media retrieval systems. Other integrated Modules such as Help Desk/Repair and Billing, as well as data integration services are also available.
